Finance Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to play a key role in managing our centre's finances and supporting the wider operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Process payroll, PRSI, PAYE, and ROS submissions.
- Manage banking, donations, receipts, and lodgements.
- Consult with auditors/accountants and prepare financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annually).
- Prepare budgets and reconcile spending against budget.
General Administration:
- Ensure office operations run efficiently.
- Oversee general maintenance and coordinate newsletters.
- Maintain accessible records and manage correspondence.
Team & Community Support:
- Contribute to a welcoming environment.
- Participate in team meetings, planning, and training.
- Handle queries, respond to emails, and provide relevant information.

- Proven experience in a financial management role.
- Strong organizational skills, diligence, and time management.
