This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with customers, agents, and partners to deliver excellent service.
  • Managing and leading the sales and operations team to achieve business objectives.
  • Planning and organising imports and exports, coordinating with partners and shipping agents.
  • Overseeing customs and mandatory documentation for compliance and smooth operations.
  • Monitoring and reporting on KPIs and SLAs, generating operations and management reports.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar commercial logistics operational role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient administrative and computer skills with a high accuracy standard.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to client satisfaction.
