About the Role
The National Concert Hall is seeking an experienced Learning & Participation Executive to join their team. This exciting opportunity involves providing key support to the L&P Manager and Head of L&P in the development and delivery of the expanding L&P programme.

The successful candidate will play a vital part in ensuring the effective administration of departmental functions, including project and event management, and departmental planning. They will also provide critical support to implement organisational targets and contribute to the NCH's L&P activities.

This role requires the ability to balance multiple projects with competing deadlines, demonstrating excellent attention to detail, a highly organised approach, and the capacity to think creatively. The ideal candidate will possess a 3rd-level degree and have relevant experience in administration, project management, and event management.

Key Areas of Responsibility
  • Project Management: managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Event Management: coordinating events, including logistics, marketing, and execution, ensuring seamless experiences for attendees.
  • Departmental Planning: contributing to programme planning with the Head of L&P and L&P Manager, aligning with departmental strategic objectives.
