Responsibilities

  • Manage a team to carry out laboratory testing, ensuring high-quality results and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Evaluate and implement new methods and procedures to improve laboratory efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain quality control metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor laboratory performance.
  • Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Laboratory Manager to oversee our Quality Control Chemistry Laboratory. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality laboratory testing and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical science, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a GMP laboratory environment.
  • 8 years of progressive experience as an individual contributor in a fast-paced laboratory setting.
