Cybersecurity Threat Manager Role

Job Summary: This role is responsible for managing and mitigating cybersecurity threats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor security systems for potential threats and manage them in a timely manner.
  • Analyze threats using real-world attack tactics and coordinate with teams to resolve incidents swiftly.
  • Conduct post-incident reviews to improve future response efforts.

Technical Requirements:

  • Experience with Windows 11 and Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM) tools required.
  • Knowledge of SIEM tools, IDS/IPS, forensic analysis tools, and incident response platforms necessary.
  • Proficiency in Python and PowerShell essential.
  • Offense (red team) and defense (blue team) experience required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CrowdStrike for SIEM and BeyondTrust PAM (Privileged Access Management).

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid work arrangement with 2 days per week onsite available.
