Bespoke Furniture Craftsman

We are seeking a skilled and experienced bespoke joiner to join our team of professionals. As a high-end bespoke joiner, you will be responsible for manufacturing and installing high-quality bespoke furniture and interiors.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from bespoke kitchens and wardrobes to feature joinery and reception counters. You will need to have excellent craftsmanship skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately to tight deadlines.

• Manufacture and install high-end bespoke joinery to exacting tolerances.
• Read and interpret detailed drawings/CAD, set out on site, and solve problems quickly and cleanly.
• Carry out high-quality site fitting nationwide: second-fix, scribing, templating, alignment, and finishing to premium standards.
• Collaborate with production managers, site managers, and designers to hit programme dates while protecting quality.
• FOLLOW best practice for H&S, site etiquette, and care of tools/vehicles.
• Mentor apprentices/junior fitters where needed.

• 5+ years experience in premium/bespoke joinery (manufacture and on-site fitting).
• Mastery of hand tools and modern woodworking machinery; strong finishing skills.
• Confidence with drawings, setting-out, and site coordination with other trades.
• FULL, clean driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide (occasional UK trips a plus).
• Pride in workmanship, reliability, and a solutions mindset.
