We are seeking a seasoned Financial Operations Specialist to play a key role in our day-to-day financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate and timely year-end company accounts and working papers for review.
  • Reconcile balance sheet items, including VAT, payroll, leases, hire purchases, and fixed assets with precision.
  • Apply solid knowledge of accounting principles to post journals onto accounting software efficiently.
  • Assist in the preparation of comprehensive management accounts.
  • Prepare statutory financial statements, ensuring compliance with deadlines, checklists, and procedural requirements.
  • Support year-end close processes, including the preparation of year-end journals.
  • Assist in the preparation of Corporation Tax returns.
  • Liaise with clients over the phone and through written correspondence to deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Part-qualified ACA/ACCA accountant with strong technical abilities.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of general accounting practice experience.
  • Results-driven professional with excellent communication skills and a focus on customer care.
  • Highly organized individual with excellent planning abilities.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills preferred.
