Job Overview

This role offers the opportunity to work with a client specialising in internet-based searching and video sharing platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily quality reviews and appeal reviews
  • Deliver feedback to team members after completing quality sample and appeal reviews
  • Maintain or improve Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance by executing actions
  • Participate in regular meetings with the QA Team Lead and Quality Analysts
  • Analyse quality errors and provide corrective solutions
  • Identify risks to the QA SLA and report them to the QA Team Leader
  • Develop and implement corrective solutions for quality trends
  • Report bugs and ensure they are resolved promptly
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure enough grey area cases are reported
  • Work with training teams to assess new hire training and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop tests and use results to conduct team refresher training or individual feedback
  • Conduct calibration exercises to ensure alignment within the team and with clients or vendors
Key Requirements and Qualifications
  • C1/C2 level written and spoken English is essential for this role
  • Previous experience as a Quality Analyst or informal career path in a QA team is desirable
  • Effective communication skills, ability to impart positive and negative feedback
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, technical aptitude, and Excel reporting proficiency
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed performance-related targets
  • Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and a positive attitude
