We are seeking an accomplished Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Life Science Recruitment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical manufacturing and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- The selected individual will work closely with the manufacturing operations group, project design team, CQV team, and Automation/CSV representatives to develop and validate manufacturing facilities.
- They will also support equipment design and HAZOP reviews, as well as room programming.
- A key objective of this role is to collaborate with the operations team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), including EHS metrics, production plan, OEE, compliance, and team training.
- The ideal candidate will execute commercial manufacturing processes according to established work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- This position involves developing SOPs and electronic batch records.
- Achieving right-first-time principles is crucial for success in this role.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate should have experience in GMP manufacturing required.
- A Level 7 qualification in a science or engineering discipline is necessary.
- An understanding of drug substance manufacturing operations is beneficial for this role.
