Hourly Paid Site Management Position

Your new commercial office space is located in the South of the City near the canal. This project is a 45-50 hour work week opportunity, paid hourly and with the potential to progress to other projects thereafter.

This site requires a strong, competent site manager who can work independently with prior experience managing large-scale builds, such as commercial space or residential projects. You will have a flair for managing subcontractors and be proficient in IT systems.

A trade or educational background would be beneficial, but the main requirements are reliability, competence and a hard-working attitude.

As a self-employed or PAYE worker, you will be well-paid for this role. The hourly rates could range from €40.00 to €50.00 per hour, depending on your employment status.
