Senior Quality Assurance Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in pharmaceutical or medical device environments, with strong GMP/Good Documentation Practices and ideally some knowledge of QC/QA.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work onsite as well as at customer sites on an ad-hoc basis. The role will involve developing work and test plans based on accurate interpretations of customer project documentation, conducting detailed and accurate inspections of products, assembling packages for testing, recording inspection and assembly activities using Good Documentation Practices, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing work and test plans from customer project documentation.
- Conducting thorough product inspections to meet customer expectations.
- Assembling and testing packages according to the test plan.
- Accurately documenting all inspection and assembly activities.
- Providing regular updates on project progress to customers and project engineers.
- Scheduling site visits for inspections and assemblies as needed.
- Handling customer inquiries and concerns to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining training records.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a quality assurance environment.
- Strong knowledge of GMP/Good Documentation Practices.
- Ideal experience in QC/QA.
