Social Care Worker Position

We are seeking a qualified Social Care Worker to support individuals with complex needs in our organization.

The successful candidate will have a full QQI level 7 Award in Social Care or Applied Social Care/Studies/Practice at degree level, as well as relevant experience working in the Social Care Sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support individuals with complex needs according to their Personal Care Plan (PCP) and care plan.
  • Implement and develop support/care plans in collaboration with the individual and their family.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure the best possible outcomes for service users.
  • Communicate effectively with service users, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless support.
Requirements:
  • A full QQI level 7 Award in Social Care or Applied Social Care/Studies/Practice at degree level is essential.
  • At least 6 months recent experience working as a Social Care Worker supporting people with complex needs.
  • Eligible to register with CORU as a Social Care Worker.
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
  • A full, clean driver's license (manual) is essential.
Working Arrangements:

This is a flexi-part time position, requiring 52 hours per month.
