About the Role
">We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Scientist 2 to join our team at Cook Medical Incorporated. The successful candidate will have a strong background in regulatory affairs and experience in the medical device industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing regulatory strategies to support the commercialization of Cook Ireland medical devices. This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and communicating with regulatory authorities.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and developing strategies to address these changes.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
">- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as science, engineering, or clinical disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a regulated industry in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of regulations pertaining to post-market surveillance and clinical evaluation.
- Good communication and inter-personal skills with ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both spoken and written form.
- Proven problem-solving skills.
- Good technical writing skills; advantageous to have medical writing experience.
- Knowledge/use of search databases for published literature (Embase, PubMed etc.).
- Good computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Proven organizational skills.
- High level of self-motivation.
- Willingness and availability to travel on company business as required.
