Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced HR professional to join our team as a Hospitality Career Advancement Leader. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of recruitment, training, and development for our staff.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including internal hiring, new hire onboarding, and succession planning.
  • Drive training and development programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain high levels of employee engagement and motivation through regular feedback and coaching.
  • Proactively manage employee relations and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage payroll and monitor budget regularly.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a hotel or customer-focused environment.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (desired but not essential).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with staff and management.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and related legislation.
