Master Pastry Craftsman

We are seeking a skilled Master Pastry Craftsman to join our team. As a key member of the bakery department, you will be responsible for creating high-quality baked goods and providing exceptional customer service.

• Bake and finish products to the highest standard ensuring consistency and quality in every item.
• Ensure merchandising and presentation of the bakery department is of the highest standard at all times.
• Drive sales through in-store initiatives and promotions.

• Fully qualified as a Baker with experience being essential.
• Being creative and the ability to use your own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, organised and flexible.
• Ability to engage with and prioritise customer needs.

• A double room available to rent if required.
