  • Investigate and resolve reported issues via our ticketing system.
  • Enforce community standards by monitoring and moderating user content.
  • Become well-versed in CPL's products and community guidelines.
  • Analyse data to enhance the overall user experience.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in Estonian (C1-C2), with an understanding of regional culture and trends.
  • Proficiency in English (B2-C2).
  • Strong resilience, adaptability, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively.
