Job Title: Global Security Leader
Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Security Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in implementing global security initiatives across multiple locations.
Responsibilities:- Support the development and implementation of comprehensive security team training programs for security officers and SOC operatives.
- Coordinate and align SOC operations across three regional Security Operations Centers (Ireland, USA, and India).
- Monitor and report on security metrics and key performance indicators.
- Participate in security investigations and incident response, providing high-quality reports as needed.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in corporate physical security, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in Security Management, or related field.
- A preferred professional certification (CPP, APP, CSMP).
