Job Title: Team Leader

The role of a Team Leader is pivotal to driving growth and shaping the future of an organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of production operatives in a complex, make-to-order manufacturing environment
  • Lead daily team briefings and provide clear direction for the shift
  • Manage daily production scheduling and ensure optimal allocation of staff
  • Coach team members during downtime to maintain value flow
  • Monitor team performance, attendance, and attitude, taking corrective action when needed
  • Collaborate with maintenance and planning to minimize downtime and ensure smooth materials flow
