Compassionate Care Specialist

This role is open to both HSE and non-HSE applicants.
As a social care worker, you will work with individuals who require support and care. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality care that promotes dignity, respect, and independence for the people you work with.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to build rapport with clients and their families, and be committed to providing person-centered care.
You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
In this role, you will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, participating in ongoing training and education, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the principles of adult safeguarding, health and safety, and data protection.
A willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances is essential in this role.
