Join a dynamic team where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of Investor and Agent records on the Transfer Agency register. At the heart of our operations, you will be responsible for identifying, verifying, and maintaining compliance with all Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies and procedures, including Sanctions and Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) screening.
About the RoleYou will work closely with internal Compliance as well as the Compliance and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) of the Funds when reviewing complex account opening requests and seeking appropriate solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all Investors and Agents records are identified/verified and compliant with all AML policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with Luxembourg Know Your Customer and Anti-Money Laundering regulations together with internal local and group policy and procedure when assessing Investor and Agent documentation.
- Work closely with internal Compliance and MLRO to review complex account opening requests and provide recommendations.
- Attend client meetings and Due Diligence calls/meetings to ensure effective communication and relationship building.
To be considered for this role, you will need to possess:
- A minimum of 2 years' work experience in a similar position.
- Excellent overall knowledge of the Luxembourg Fund Industry and specifically on the Transfer Agent activity.
- Very good understanding of local anti-money laundering laws, rules, and regulations, particularly Circulars and Laws issued by the CSSF.
