Industrial Production Specialist

The Process Technician is responsible for manufacturing products in a safe, efficient and compliant manner. This includes ensuring manual and electronic records and documentation are completed accurately and contemporaneously.
Key Responsibilities:- Manufacture products using manual and automated control systems to comply with batch manufacturing instructions (BMIs), production and equipment procedures
- Handle raw materials, product and waste materials in and out of production and stores areas
- Dispense materials for batches or quality and technical services as needed
- Sample raw materials, finished and semi-finished products as needed for operations and quality and technical services
- Operate fork trucks and use other material and waste handling equipment
- Complete site log books, documentation and electronic records as required, accurately, legibly and contemporaneously
Requirements:
Leaving certificate is the minimum requirement.
Post leaving qualification such as certificate or diploma in manufacturing, engineering or related discipline would be an advantage.
Good knowledge and understanding of environmental, health and safety and quality compliance is essential.
Chemical or pharmaceutical experience and working with reactors, centrifuges, dryers, powder are beneficial.
