Strategic Product Development Manager

This is a highly rewarding opportunity to oversee the entire product development lifecycle from inception to market launch, playing a pivotal role in driving commercial growth and customer satisfaction.
A key requirement for this position is a strong leadership capability, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders and teams to achieve business objectives. In addition, expertise in conducting market research and analysis, coupled with excellent communication skills, will be essential in defining and executing successful product strategies that meet customer needs and stay ahead of market trends.
- Define and develop product strategies aligned with commercial goals and growth initiatives.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and potential risks.
- Oversee the end-to-end product development process, ensuring timely delivery and meeting quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in product management within financial services, complemented by a solid academic background in a related field. Additionally, a relevant professional certification or ongoing professional development (CPD) hours would be advantageous.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management within financial services.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree or professional qualification being an added benefit.
- Relevant professional certifications, such as a Fully Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) or part-qualified with up-to-date CPD hours, or actively working towards these qualifications.
