Job Overview

The Facilities Fabric Technician role supports the facilities management within multiple sites, fostering a smooth operation and exceptional customer experience.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver day-to-day support to ensure the seamless functioning of our facilities service, providing top-notch customer experience within Client sites.
  • Contribute to the delivery of hard and soft services, coordinating vendors and subcontractors on site.
  • Collaborate with contracted vendors such as cleaning vendors, conducting audits, assisting with issues, and attending meetings, delivering superior customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the team on a daily basis.
  • Conduct office tours for onsite visitors, ensuring a positive experience, undertaking minor maintenance and repair works.
  • Work as part of the multiservice team, supporting Events, Mailroom, and MAC (Moves, Adds, and Changes) when needed.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety measures and promote best practice amongst colleagues, contractors, and vendors.

  • Conduct risk assessments and adhere to established safety protocols.
  • Offer backup support to the facilities manager on a day-to-day basis.
  • Operate across multiple sites, occasionally requiring weekend or bank holiday work, arranged in advance.
