Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing QA procedures and testing processes, ensuring comprehensive documentation of test plans, results, and audit reports.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the development and implementation of the annual Quality Assurance (QA) plan, executing QA activities across the team, and coordinating and leading audit engagements.

  • Develop and implement QA procedures and testing processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely completion.
  • Manage and maintain comprehensive documentation of test plans, results, and audit reports.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of the annual Quality Assurance (QA) plan to align with business priorities and internal control requirements.

Additionally, the candidate will engage with external auditors, supporting audit preparation, fieldwork, and follow-up actions.

The ability to multitask, prioritize, and work to challenging deadlines is essential for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years' banking/financial services experience.
  • Quality assurance or audit experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
