App Evaluation Specialist

As a vital member of our App Store Review team, you will play a key role in ensuring user safety and developer success. Your expertise will be focused on evaluating third-party applications to guarantee they meet our stringent criteria.
About the RoleThe guiding principle of the App Store is simple – provide a safe experience for users and a great opportunity for developers to thrive. Our training process will equip you with the skills to excel in determining whether apps are reliable, perform as expected, and are free from offensive material. You will screen every app assigned to you based on technical, content, and design criteria, identifying changes and assessing complexity.
You will work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, adapting to business needs while maintaining exceptional communication and feedback skills. Your keen attention to detail will ensure high-quality decisions under tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate apps based on technical, content, and design criteria.
- Determine whether apps meet our guidelines for safety and quality.
- Communicate clearly with developers regarding app status.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and business outcomes.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese is essential for this role.
- Experience in content review or similar environments is desirable.
- Excellent judgment and integrity, with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
- Ability to prioritize workload and deliver high-quality results under pressure.
- Comfortable reviewing a high volume of apps daily.
- Possess excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
- Thorough knowledge of Apple platforms and a commitment to supporting the developer community.
