About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team at AbbVie North Dublin site. As a key member of the site management team, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the daily operations and performance of a manufacturing team, ensuring compliance with the System for Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of production operators and ensure compliance with production batch records, SOPs, and cGMP guidelines.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including production schedules, inventory levels, and quality control metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an engineering or science-related field.
  • Minimum three years direct supervisory experience.
  • Demonstrated success in supervising a team, preferably in a pharmaceutical production shop floor environment.
  • Experience with Lean manufacturing concepts and continuous improvement methodologies.
