Job Overview

We are seeking an expert Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This individual will be responsible for providing technical guidance to customers and collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex issues.

  • Provide expert support to customers through various communication channels
  • Work closely with the team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Collaborate with Engineering to address product issues and implement solutions
  • Travel occasionally to customer sites to provide on-site support

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing situations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • 5-8 years of technical experience in a support environment
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
  • Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, and Mac OSX platforms
  • Industry Certifications such as CISSP, CASP, Security+, CEH, SANS (GCIA, GCIH, GREM, GPEN)
