The agency seeks a highly skilled and experienced professional to drive growth in their social media advertising platform.

Job Description

This role will play a key part in driving growth by managing relationships with digital marketing agencies and supporting advertisers in achieving success through innovative ad solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with digital marketing agencies in the DACH market
  • Drive new business development through prospecting and pitching
  • Grow and retain advertising revenue across client portfolios
  • Analyse data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Optimise campaign performance and resolve technical or performance issues
  • Collaborate with internal sales and product teams to support client goals

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German and English is essential
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing, sales, or agency account management
  • Knowledge of online advertising platforms such as Google, Meta, Snapchat, etc.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills are required
  • A proactive, collaborative, and solution-focused mindset is necessary
