Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert nursing care to patients in the critical care unit
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in education and training programs to stay up-to-date with best practices and advancements in critical care
- Advanced degree in nursing or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner in critical care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
