Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing preventive maintenance on various facility equipment, including electrical and mechanical systems, control systems, and fire-fighting systems.
  • Managing change processes, creating procedures, and overseeing vendor operations.
  • Developing site-specific documents, including maintenance checklists, emergency response plans, standard operating procedures, and risk assessments.
  • Servicing report preparation and submission for preventive and breakdown maintenance works.
  • Maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to established standards, procedures, and local legislation.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree, Diploma, or NITEC certification in Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, Building Services, Facilities Management, or any related engineering discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems commonly used in data center environments.
  • Proficient in verbal and written technical communication and coordination skills to work effectively with others.
