About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and people-focused Head of HR to join our Executive Leadership Team, reporting directly to the CEO.

This role will shape and deliver a people strategy that supports business growth, transformation, and long-term success.

  • Lead a people-first strategy, driving engagement, culture, and succession planning across a multi-site workforce.
  • Partner with senior leaders on business strategy, workforce planning, and organisational design.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and learning initiatives, including the rollout of digital learning platforms.
  • Manage all employee and industrial relations matters, ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment legislation.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years Senior HR leadership experience in multi-site environments and strong operational and strategic HR expertise, with the ability to influence at Executive level.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business growth and transformation through effective talent management.

Requirements:
