The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in data engineering, analytics, or similar technical fields. They will possess advanced SQL skills, particularly in cloud environments like AWS, Postgres, or Redshift. Strong experience managing and optimizing cloud-based databases is also essential. Deep expertise with Tableau Desktop and experience creating sophisticated dashboards is required. Current Tableau certification is a must. Excellent communication skills in English are necessary. A Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is required. Familiarity with Python, Java Script, or AI-powered analytics tools is an added advantage. Knowledge of Tableau Server environments is preferred. A portfolio of publicly available Tableau work is a must. Background in technical industries such as telecommunications or software is an asset. In addition to these requirements, the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability to develop and maintain analytical workflows, translate complex business needs into efficient data models and insightful dashboards, prioritize scalability, performance, and reusability across all solutions, collaborate with product owners, data specialists, and engineering teams, provide detailed documentation and support for analytics solutions, including performance tuning and troubleshooting.
