Global Clinical Development Director

As the global clinical leader, this role oversees key aspects of clinical trials and development programs. The position requires strategic input for all clinical deliverables, including individual protocols, clinical data review, and regulatory documents.
Responsibilities- Provides scientific and medical guidance for clinical deliverables in assigned or defined program activities.
- Leads development of clinical sections of trial and program-level regulatory documents, including briefing books and submission dossiers.
- Drives execution of clinical program sections in partnership with global line functions and regional/country medical associates.
- Provides medical oversight and leadership of trials, including final analyses and interpretation, and develops Clinical Study Reports (CSRs).
- MD or equivalent medical degree required; advanced knowledge and clinical training in a medical/scientific area preferred.
- Fluent oral and written English; solid scientific writing skills.
- ≥ 5 years of involvement in clinical research or global drug development, with experience in late-phase clinical development preferred.
- Advanced scientific acumen, ability to analyze and interpret scientific literature and data, and thorough knowledge of ICH, GCP, and regulatory/clinical development process required.
