Job Title: Director of Nursing

Overview:

Cork city nursing home seeks a registered nurse manager to lead its care team.

Key Requirements:
  • At least 3 years' experience in senior nursing management position, preferably in elderly care within the last 6 years
  • Post-registration management qualification (minimum QQI Level 6)
  • Currently registered with NMBI
  • Proven track record of clinical, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Thorough knowledge of HIQA standards, regulations, and healthcare legislation
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Proven decision-making ability
  • Gerontology qualification desirable
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland
