We are seeking a reliable and skilled driver to join our team as a permanent employee. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering building materials to homes and construction sites in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver building materials to homes and construction sites within the designated time frame
  • Adhere to assigned route schedule to ensure timely deliveries
  • Verify and complete paperwork accurately and on time
  • Conduct regular checks on loads and vehicles for defects and report any issues to the supervisor
  • Maintain excellent relationships with customers through effective communication and customer service skills
  • Daily vehicle inspection and reporting of any defects or maintenance needs to the supervisor
  • Compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hold a valid driving licence
  • Up-to-date CPC modules
  • Tacho card
  • Previous experience in a similar role with a proven track record of reliability and efficiency
  • Knowledge of building materials and their handling
  • Safe pass certification
  • Excellent customer and interpersonal skills
