Senior Performance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Performance Engineer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to work on large-scale applications, ensuring they are reliable, scalable, and high-performing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance testing strategies to ensure application reliability and scalability.
  • Design, develop, and maintain performance testing scripts and tools to optimize application performance.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and troubleshoot application performance issues, implement solutions, and integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Support the triage of production performance issues and provide technical expertise to resolve complex problems.
  • Mentor junior team members and review their work to ensure quality and consistency.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 10+ years of industry experience in performance engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior capacity.
  • Hands-on experience with LoadRunner, NeoLoad, JMeter, Selenium, or similar tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or New Relic.
  • Proven experience analyzing performance for Java applications, containerized/serverless environments, databases (MSSQL, Oracle, DynamoDB), and JavaScript-based front ends.
  • Solid understanding of Linux/Unix and Windows environments.
  • Experience with AWS and integrating performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Python, Go, SQL, and version control tools such as GIT or Bitbucket.
