About the Job:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading law firm in Dublin 2 as a Company Secretary Administrative Assistant.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Company Secretarial team, including coordinating board packs, liaising with directors and service providers, and arranging document signings.
Key Tasks:
- Compile and distribute board packs, including Diligent, Boardvantage, and PDFs
- Coordinate meeting logistics, attendance, and calendar invites
- Arrange signing, notarization, and apostille of documents
- Support audit requests and assist with regulatory database queries
- Provide general administrative and meeting support
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in office administration, preferably in a law firm or financial services
- Experience in company secretarial departments
- Proficiency in document management software and board pack compilation
- Excellent computer skills and high attention to detail
- Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
