• Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, physical, and emotional development in children.
• Create a stimulating and inclusive environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Support children's social skills, language development, and early literacy through interactive play and structured activities.
• Monitor and assess each child's progress, adapting methods to meet individual needs.
• Maintain open communication with parents and caregivers, providing updates on children's growth and development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and cohesive learning atmosphere.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and childcare regulations at all times.

• Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in early childhood or crche settings preferred.
• Strong communication, patience, and organizational skills.
• First Aid certification is a plus.
