Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Actuary to lead our reporting and strategic projects across multiple markets.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders, supporting assumption setting, governance, and actuarial change initiatives in a complex, multinational environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver high-quality actuarial reporting under Solvency II and IFRS 17
  • Manage workflows assigned to nearshore actuarial services centres, ensuring timely delivery and quality
  • Support assumption setting, reinsurance reviews, and actuarial function reporting, producing reports for management and board committees
  • Collaborate with product development teams to integrate new products into actuarial reporting frameworks
  • Coordinate model change and reserve committees while maintaining strong governance and controls
  • Provide expert actuarial support to strategic projects

Candidate Requirements

A qualified actuary with life insurance experience is required, possessing expertise in actuarial modelling, reporting, and assumption setting. Strong knowledge of Solvency II, IFRS 17, and regulatory requirements is essential.

Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills are necessary for success in this role.
