We are committed to reducing our environmental footprint and contributing to a more sustainable future. As an Environmental Sustainability Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our climate transition plan and broader ESG strategy.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of our Sustainability Strategy and Climate Transition Plan by collecting and analyzing greenhouse gas and ESG data to measure progress against KPIs.
  • Prepare sustainability reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate sustainability projects and initiatives across business units.
  • Develop internal communications and support employee engagement initiatives to promote sustainability practices within the organization.
  • Research sustainability best practices and monitor regulatory developments to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Sustainability, Sustainable Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sustainability/ESG (financial services desirable).
  • Strong knowledge of sustainability frameworks, reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting sustainability data.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
  • Organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A genuine passion for sustainability and continuous improvement.
