Job Opportunity:

Are you a skilled professional seeking a challenging role in electronic security systems?

We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our team based at our Dublin centre.

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing first-line support for electronic security systems, including CCTV, access control and intruder alarm systems. This will involve responding to service calls and carrying out routine maintenance inspections, as well as assisting with minor installations and system upgrades required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line support for electronic security systems
  • Respond to service calls and carry out routine maintenance inspections
  • Assist with minor installations and system upgrades required
  • Accurately complete service documentation and reports


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • 13 years of experience in electronic security systems or related field
  • Knowledge of CCTV, access control and/or alarm systems
  • Experience working with clients in the commercial and retail sectors
  • Familiarity with networking and IP-based systems is a must
