Job Description

State Street's Identity and Access management (IAM) engineering team is seeking exceptional individuals with outstanding intellectual and analytical capabilities, entrepreneurial problem-solving skills, strong communications, and influencing abilities.

This role will have a broad range of responsibilities within IAM, including technology expertise in areas such as Systems Engineering and full Software development life cycle.

  • Proven technology expertise in one of the core programming languages (Java, Python).
  • Designing, implementing, and managing databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Creating user interfaces using languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with frameworks like React or Angular.
  • Developing and deploying applications within cloud environments (AWS, Azure), utilizing cloud services for storage, compute, and other functionalities.
  • Good understanding in cloud-native data warehouses using Databricks, Snowflake, and Informatica.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work independently and as part of a small, focused global scrum team, and possess a keen sense of ownership and commitment to work, and passion for delivering results.
