Job Overview

This is a senior electrical role that requires strong leadership and organisational skills to oversee the delivery of electrical packages on projects from tender through to handover.

About the Role

As an Electrical Project Manager you will lead project teams, manage budgets and timelines, ensure quality, safety and client satisfaction. This role involves leading electrical projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring all contractual, financial and programme requirements are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage electrical projects from pre-construction through to completion.
  • Ensure all contractual, financial and programme requirements are achieved.
  • Manage procurement of materials, plant and subcontractor packages.
  • Provide clear leadership and direction to project teams, site supervisors and subcontractors.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings, updates and professional communication.
  • Oversee labour allocation and resource planning to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety requirements and company policies.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions where required.
  • Promote innovation, sustainability and digital tools in project delivery.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Degree or HND in Electrical Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience delivering electrical projects within the M&E or construction industry.
  • Excellent commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and control costs.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to motivate teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management software desirable.
  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build lasting professional relationships.
  • Knowledge of working across NI and ROI regulations and standards.
  • Full clean driving licence Safepass and Manual Handling
