We are seeking a Research Assistant to join our team, supporting a study on how motor neuron diseases impact brain network dynamics using high-density EEG.
- Collect and preprocess data to investigate neural networks
- Analyze signals to identify EEG-based candidate biomarkers for ALS, PLS, and healthy controls
This project aims to advance our understanding of disease-specific neural alterations and develop data-driven approaches for MND classification and stratification.
You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, gaining hands-on experience in EEG acquisition and processing, data analysis, neuroscience, and clinical research.
Appointment Details:
The appointment will be made on the Research Assistant Salary Scale, starting at Irish Universities Association (IUA) Point 1.
