We are seeking an experienced Microbiologist to join our team. As a key member of the quality assurance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and precision of our microbiological testing and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform Microbiological Testing and analysis on various samples, including finished drug products, in-process materials, stability samples and environmental monitoring.
  • Utilize laboratory instrumentation for calibration and operation, guaranteeing accurate and precise results.
  • Complete documentation related to analytical findings in a timely manner, adhering to cGMP standards.
  • Report and document any non-conformances to the Quality Manager, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Support the preparation and review of area documentation, such as SOPs, reports and protocols.
  • Participate in training of other analysts, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team.
  • Ensure relevant assays are performed on samples in support of release test and stability test programs.
  • Support validation and qualification of test methods and processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate laboratory investigations and provide expert analysis and recommendations in product investigation.
  • Troubleshoot laboratory methods and instrument problems, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime.
  • Develop and monitor trend analysis program, identifying patterns and areas for improvement.
