Urgent Care Physician Opportunity

This position offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Urgent Care Physician. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the success of our organization.

Job Description:

The Urgent Care Physician will be responsible for providing medical services to patients in urgent care settings. This includes examining and treating patients, taking medical histories, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and X-rays, making diagnoses and prescribing medications, and recording progress notes for follow-up patients.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in urgent care or emergency room settings, with strong communication and customer service skills. A valid medical license and certification from a recognized medical board are required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited medical school required
  • 2-5 years of post-residency clinical experience required
  • Minimum 18 months experience in applicable practice setting required
  • Adult and pediatric practice experience strongly preferred
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible by an ABMS member board or AOA specialty board in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine
  • Active state medical licensure
