Job Title

Hotel Reception Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Reception Management professional to lead the front office team at Moxy Dublin Docklands. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, training, and development of the front office crew.

The Hotel Reception Management professional will play a key role in ensuring that all front office related pre-opening critical path tasks are completed on time and within budget. They will work closely with the Reservations Manager to oversee room allocations and assist in managing room inventory to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the front office team and ensure they are adequately trained and equipped to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  2. Develop, implement, and provide training on SOPs and Marriott brand standards.
  3. Ensure smooth arrival and departure procedures to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
  4. Work closely with the Reservations Manager to oversee room allocations and manage room inventory.
  5. Promote a culture of service excellence where the guest is Number One.
