Job Title: Retail Store Leader

**Overview**

Responsibilities

  • Achieving Sales Growth: You'll be responsible for driving sales growth in our retail store by implementing effective strategies and initiatives to increase customer engagement and conversion rates.

  • Store Operations: You'll oversee the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring it's well-merchandised and stocked according to company guidelines.

Requirements

  • You must have experience as a retail manager or similar role with a proven track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing teams.
  • You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • You'll need to be flexible and able to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends.
