Job Description

As a Clerical Officer (Grade III), you will be responsible for providing essential administrative assistance to the team, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. This includes preparing, processing, and tracking assessments in line with team requirements, ensuring that timelines and standards are met.

You will also populate, maintain, and update databases and records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with relevant policies and procedures. Additionally, you will efficiently manage the filing systems, ensuring that documents are correctly filed and easily accessible.

This role requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with staff at all levels in a professional manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. You should be able to efficiently use and maintain filing systems, ensuring that documents are properly stored, easily retrievable, and comply with relevant regulations.

You should also possess exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately, and records are maintained without error. Furthermore, you should be able to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
