The Clinical Nurse Manager will play a key role in maintaining a high standard of resident care and ensuring the safety of residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing and implementing care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Leading and managing a team of nurses and healthcare professionals.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Fostering a learning environment to develop staff skills and knowledge.
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) or eligibility to be registered.
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant post-registration experience.
- Post-registration qualification in gerontology and/or dementia care is highly desirable.
- Demonstratable clinical and professional ability, leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Ongoing education and training programs.
